Cash & Debit Card with a valid ID, are accepted.

All services & prices are subject to change at anytime, without prior notice.

Appointments are not booked until you receive a confirmation from GBI.

If you have any reason to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice.

If you are running late 10 minutes or more: appointment will be subjected to a shorter time or will need to be rescheduled.

Building has no elevators, to access the second floor. Stairs are located on both sides of the building.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

What type of wax are used?

For Bikini & Brazilian services a hard wax & strip wax is used.

For face services a soft & gentle cream wax is used.

How long should my hair be?

Face hair should at least be 1/8 of an inch and body areas should be 1/2 inch.

Is there any side effects from using wax?

Your skin may experience some irriation. Do not exfoliate until the following day.

Can I get in a pool or beach after my waxing?

It is not recommended to get in the pool or beach right after. Please allow a full day before doing so.

How often should I get a wax?

Suggested making an appt between 4-5 weeks for regular maintenance. You will see thinning hair results!

I'm attending a special occasion, how advanced should I book my appointment?

Suggested 1 week before your event.
